Clips oh Clips where art thou!

 I have had the stuff for this project for months, and finally got around to doing it! Hence it being one of my finished projects!

Frame from joanns dirt cheap and ribbon! And fabric from a yard sale!

In total this baby cost me about $7 to make!

Lylia was crying because she wanted a picture of it by herself.

 Now all of her clips have pairs!!! And we will know just where to put them all with them looking good!
